Terms and Conditions for iBaby
- 1-Year Local Warranty or 2-Year Extended Local Warranty from Date of Purchase
- Proof of Purchase and Serial Number on the Baby Monitor is required to validate the warranty
- Online Registration Email and Proof of Purchase is required for product servicing
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications
- Warranty is valid in Singapore and Malaysia
- For Malaysia customers, please get in touch with us first at warranty@trekvue.com to ascertain if your product is defective.

- 12-months Local Warranty from Date of Purchase
- Proof of Purchase and Serial Number on the Baby Monitor and Parent Unit are required to validate the warranty

Terms and Conditions for Cimilre
- 2-Year Local Warranty from Date of Purchase or Birth of Baby (whichever is later)
- Warranty only covers main pump and power adapter (accessories not covered)
- Proof of Purchase and Serial Number on the base of the Breast pump is required to validate the warranty
- Online Registration Email and Proof of Purchase is required for product servicing
- Warranty is void in the event that milk back flow into the pump
- Warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, maintenance and alteration by an unauthorized person or connection to an improper power supply
- Warranty is valid in Singapore
- For pump rental, a refundable deposit of $50 is required. Pump rental is subjected to availability.
