• 12-months Singapore Local Warranty from Date of Purchase
• Proof of Purchase and Serial Number on the parent unit & camera are required to validate the warranty
• Online Registration Email and Proof of Purchase is required for product servicing
• Warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, maintenance and alteration by an unauthorized person or connection to an improper power supply
• Warranty only covers parent unit, camera and power adapter
• Warranty is valid in Singapore or United States

• 24-months Singapore Local Warranty from Date of Purchase or baby date of birth (DOB has to be within 6 months from the date of purchase)
• Proof of Purchase, Baby’s Birth Certificate and Serial Number on the breast pump is required to validate the warranty
• Online Registration Email and Proof of Purchase is required for product servicing
• Warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, maintenance and alteration by an unauthorized person or connection to an improper power supply
• Warranty only covers main machine and power adapter (accessories not covered)
• If the pump requires servicing during the warranty period, Trekvue Pte. Ltd. will provide you with a free backup pump
• Trekvue Pte. Ltd. reserve the right not to cover warranty for pumps purchased from retailers not listed on our website
