When will my order arrive?

Your order will be packed and processed within the next 1-2 working days.
Standard shipping takes about 2-3 working days from then.

For urgent orders, do opt for express shipping (at checkout page).
Your parcel will be delivered to you within the next working day.
A gentle note that express shipping will only be valid for orders made on weekdays.

Why is nasal aspiration important?

Mucus stagnating in the nose can be the hotbed of numerous problems.
  • It inhibits breathing.
  • Nasal mucus can get superinfected, the result of which may be the inflammation of the middle ear or the maxillary sinuses. By keeping the nasal passages clean, you can prevent numerous protracted illnesses and inconveniences already at newborn stage.

Why is Nosiboo different from every other nasal aspirator on the market?

The most crucial elements of the Nosiboo products are the patented Colibri and Penguin heads.

The liquid cannot exit from the inside of the head, safely preventing the nasal mucus from getting into the connecting tube or into the device.
That means you won’t have to purchase extra replaceable filters for the daily use of these devices.
After use, the patented Colibri/Penguin head is the only part of the device that needs to be cleaned and it can be done within a minute.
The Colibri head can be powered in two different ways: as a part of the electric Nosiboo Pro, and also with the manual Nosiboo Eco.

Our products feature a child-friendly design besides being highly functional.

 

Can Nosiboo products be used with infants?

Yes, we have designed our products to be safe for babies.

 

Are the Nosiboo products suitable for newborns?

Yes, Nosiboo can be used from birth on.

 

Till what age can the Nosiboo products be used?

The use of the electric devices (Nosiboo Pro) is recommended till the age of 6 while the use of the Nosiboo Eco till the age of 4, but it may be used with older children depending on the thickness of the secretion or the child’s ability to blow his nose on his own.

 

Which position should the child be in during the aspiration?

 
Aspirate the nose of infants after laying them into a stable position and hold their head during the process. If the child is already able to sit, sit them in your lap. In this case, do not lay the child on their back during the aspiration.


How often should the Nosiboo products be used?

You may use the products as often as needed although you should stop using the devices if no mucus is entering the Colibri/Penguin head anymore.
Please consult your healthcare provider about when and how often you should clear your baby’s nose. For more information please see the user manuals.

 

Can the use of Nosiboo products cause allergic problems?

We exclusively use materials that are absolutely harmless to humans. The Colibri and the Penguin head’s nose tip is made of soft, BPA-free silicone to make sure that it does not irritate the baby’s nose.

 

Can the Nosiboo products be also used in case of allergy-like symptoms?

Yes, we recommend the use of Nosiboo products to relieve allergy-like symptoms.

 

Do I need to use a filter for the manual Nosiboo Eco Nasal Aspirator?

There is no need for a filter! Thanks to the Colibri head’s exclusive patented design, the liquid cannot exit from the inside of the head, safely preventing the nasal mucus from getting into the connecting tube or into the mouth of the person performing the suction.

 

Can we cause injury by aspirating the nose?

The nose tip of the Nosiboo products is made of soft, BPA-free silicone to make sure that it does not irritate the baby’s nose. The suction power of the electric devices was also developed in such a way as to prevent any injury. Each nasal aspirator from Nosiboo has got a medical device certification; therefore, they are perfectly safe.

 

What to do if I could not aspirate all the mucus during a nose cleaning session?

In this case the mucus is most probably too thick. We suggest using saline solution and repeating the aspiration some time later.

How strong is the suction power of the Nosiboo Pro Nasal Aspirator?

The maximum strength of the suction power is in accordance with the listed values in the international professional recommendations. This strength is perfectly safe and highly effective at the same time.

 

Can the suction power of the Nosiboo nasal aspirator be adjusted?

The suction power of the Nosiboo Pro Nasal Aspirator can be adjusted to fit the age of the child and the thickness of the mucus.
The Nosiboo Eco Nasal Aspirator is powered by your own lung, so you can decide how strong you wish or can perform suctioning.

 

What to do if the device has turned off?

Nosiboo Pro: In case of overuse or if insufficient ventilation is provided, the thermal switch switches off the device and will prevent reuse for approx. 50 minutes for safety reasons.

 

How can the Nosiboo products be cleaned?

Nosiboo Pro: Cleaning of the Colibri head: Remove the connecting tube and the nose tip, then take apart the Colibri housing. After that wash the collared tube, the nose tip, and the Colibri housing in lukewarm water and dishwashing detergent and let them dry.

The housing of the devices should be cleaned only with a dry, soft cloth; do not use any liquids, detergents or chemicals.

 

How strong is the Nosiboo Eco?

You can perform an effective suction power with the manual nasal aspirator, yet it’s sure you stay within the limit value for health.

 

How can I replace lost spare parts for my Nosiboo Pro?

We created the Nosiboo Pro Accessory Set for such cases.

These accessory sets are designed to be used exclusively with the Nosiboo Pro Electric Nasal Aspirator.
They are ideal for families with more children and are optimal if you have to replace a lost part.

What is the Nosiboo Pro Nasal Aspirator’s air mesh for?

There is a special air mesh behind the Nosiboo Pro’s tube connector which prevents solid objects and dust from entering the housing.

Warranty

How long is the warranty period for Nosiboo products?

The warranty for each electric Nosiboo nasal aspirator is valid for 48 months after the purchase date. It will be only validated if the device was used according to its intended purpose and does not bear signs of damage.
For information on the proper use of your Nosiboo, please refer to the User manual that came with the device or it can be found on our website as well. Please check the serial number of your device to make sure you read the relevant document on the website: https://en.nosiboo.eu/downloads/
The serial number is located at the bottom of the device with the format NO0XXX XXXX XXXXX.

 

I believe my device is defective as it does not operate as it used to. What should I do?

Please read the Troubleshooting guide and Malfunction management guide chapters of the User manual.
If the problem has been resolved, you can keep on using your Nosiboo.
If the malfunction is present while the device was used according to its intended purpose, the device is covered by the warranty.

 

I checked my device and it was used as described in the User manual, but I still experience unusual issues while using it. What should I do? 

In this case, please contact the distributor you purchased the product from. You will need an invoice and / or the warranty card.

 

My Nosiboo is defective. What is the procedure for warranty and non-warranty cases? Who bears the shipping costs?

If a malfunction occurs, the best solution is to have our technicians inspect the device as the problem is often difficult to detect at a distance.

You must present a copy of your receipt/invoice as proof of the date of sale.

How much time does it take to perform the service process?

The service process takes approximately one week.

 

Is there a warranty for the repaired device or its spare parts?

Yes, there is! We offer a 2 years warranty if the device was used as intended. The warranty does not apply to consumable spare parts. (Spare parts like these include eg. Colibri/ Penguin head, nose tip, air mesh and the Nosiboo Pro’s tube connector and connecting tube.) You can also find information about this on the service sheet that came with your device.

 

In what cases does the warranty not apply?

Problems that are caused by overuse, abuse, misuse, unauthorized transformation, foreign intervention, foreign repair or assembly (inspection proves), improper storage, industrial use, elemental damage, external factors such as contaminations, liquid and nasal discharge in the engine compartment, current fluctuations, damages due to Act of God and failure to follow the instructions described in the User manual, or improper cleaning and maintenance are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is not valid in the event of damage, illegibility or lack of markings, serial number, labels or inscriptions which are there for the identification of the product. In case any correction, deletion, overwriting or incorrect data is registered on the warranty card, the warranty card is invalid, and therefore the warranty does not apply.

Cimilre Trial Pump (S6 Plus)

How does the trial work?

  • We will make the delivery arrangements and send out your pump once your trial purchase has been completed.
  • Your trial duration will begin from the day you receive the parcel.
  • For parcels received after 5PM, your first trial day would begin the next day.

How long can I use the trial pump?

  • Trial Pumps are on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • You may extend your trial duration by dropping us an email at least a day before your trial duration is up.

How do I return the trial pump?

  • We will drop you a WhatsApp text 1 working day before your trial period is up.
  • After your last trial day, please pack the pump into the packaging and seal it in a cardboard box.
  • A courier will then stop by to pick it up within the next 1-2 working days.
  • All return courier fees and arrangements will be covered by us.

Is the trial pump safe to use?

  • Our Cimilre S6 Plus pump is a closed-system pump.
  • All milk flow will only occur within the accessories, hence, no milk/liquid will flow through the pump. This will makes it safe and hygienic for multiple users.
  • Our team will also be cleaning and checking on the pump’s condition upon every return.
  • Pumps with any presence of milk/liquid flow will not be rented out to mummies.

What is the $100 refundable deposit for?

  • The deposit is in place to ensure that all users would take good care of the pump and power adapters, and maintain them in a good and working condition during the trial period. 
  • The deposit will be refunded via PayNow, once our team has received and checked that the pump and power adapters are in good working condition.
  • *The deposit would be void in the event that milk backflow in the pump or mishandling of the pump and/or power adapter is detected. Mishandling includes damages caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance and connected to an improper power supply.

Does the trial pump come with accessories?

  • No, as all pump accessories are hygiene products, we would encourage mummies to purchase their own set of breast shield kits to pair with the trial pump.

How do I maintain the pump?

  • Always ensure that your accessories are properly secured before starting your pumping session. Normal and proper use would prevent any milk from flowing into the tubes and pump.
  • When bringing the pump out in a bag, we would encourage you to place it into the sleeve provided (white sheet) to prevent risking visible scratches/damages to the pump's exterior.
  • Please avoid charging and pumping at the same time as this would result in a shorter battery life over time. Only charge when the battery is low/flat, and unplug the pump from the charger when the battery is full.
